Spend an afternoon nourishing and revitalizing your health. Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, is the art of conscious relaxation. This inspiring practice will refresh your senses and lead to deep inner relaxation.
There is great potential for removing any physical and/or emotional tension stored within, bringing deep healing to the body, mind and spirit. This class will include pranayama (conscious breathing exercises) and a few yin and restorative postures to ground ourselves and create inner awareness. Then once the body is ready for rest, you will be guided through a 45-minute meditation while lying in savasana.
Come explore this amazing opportunity to exist between wake and slumber—where all things are possible. Please bring any props: blanket, eye pillow, bolster, etc. that create a comfortable and safe space for you to practice with ease and go deep within.
